General Shipping Information
- Please allow 3-8 working days for shipping within Australia.
- An “Authority to Leave” will be the default on orders. If you live in an apartment, please specify instructions on where to leave. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not at the address at the arranged time.
- Items will be left in a safe place if there is no one to sign for it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or if there is an Authority to Leave.
- If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
We use couriers for business deliveries and Australia Post for all orders. Please note that couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers so we will send using Australia Post if your address is a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office.
If your item is delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, the arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
If your item is delivered by any of our other courier partners, an Authority to Leave will be the default. If you live in an apartment, please ensure you specify what you would like to have happen in the Delivery Notes field. Alternatively, please deselect the Authority to Leave check box, but please note, a re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or if there is an Authority to Leave.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please kindly contact customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully if the extra postage can not be obtained by the postage query bar.
