How do I get free shipping?

I can’t find the product I’m looking for. What do I do?
I'm not sure if my order went through. What do I do?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a Confirmation Email from us within 5 minutes.
You will also see your order appear in the MY ACCOUNT section of the website. If you do not have either of these, then your order may be incomplete.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and so we can complete your order manually.
How long will delivery take?
Can I refund/exchange a product after I have received it?
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or refund products for change of mind.
We refund the value of the goods where they are:
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to
We do not give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision.
How to returning an item that is eligible for a refund?
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the customer and Cheap Music Books.
To return an item, you must email us at email@example.com and provide these details:
- Your order number
- Name the products you wish to return
- Your reason for return
- Your contact number
- Attach any photo evidence if applicable.
You will receive a response from us within 2-5 business days advising next steps. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us if you are eligible for a refund.
Oops, I’ve placed the wrong order and need to cancel it. What do I need to do?
You can make unlimited amendments/cancellations within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Please choose carefully as any cancellations/amendments thereafter cannot be processed as your order may have already been fulfilled and shipped.
Increasing your order’s value:
- Must be done within 30 mins from placing order.
- A payment popup window will appear for you to make payment for the additional items.
- Payment must be made for the amendment to be successful.
- Stock quantities displayed on website are an approximate indication only. Additional order items will be placed on backorder where necessary.
Cancelling or decreasing your order’s value:
- Must be done within 30 mins from placing order
- The value of any cancelled items will be left as credit in your account.
This credit will never expire. It will be applied automatically to your next order.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged
