RETURNS AND REFUND PROCEDURE
Whilst every effort is made to make descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur. In the case of an error made by Lava Deals, we will attempt to rectify this at no extra cost to you.
Orders, Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Lava Deals with a description of the problem. Supporting evidence in the form of photos and/video will be required. When it has been determined successfully by the Lava Deals Returns team that the product is defective, damaged or not as described, we will offer a resolution in the form of a replacement part, entire product replacement or a refund. Customers may be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.
Change of mind:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging. Return postage will be shouldered by the customer. An additional 20% restocking fee will also apply for all change of mind returns. Please contact the Lava Deals returns team first to organise a return. Our team will quote the return postage fee first, and then subsequently organise a return label for you to attach to your package. Customers are required to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. Once item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund amount will be processed back to the customer.
No change of mind is accepted on the following items:
- Mattresses, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors
- Assembled furniture
- Large/Bulky Appliances
